oops

Well, I kind of messed up last night, but not too badly. I went to the grocery store to get some pet items and I wanted something to snack on so badly, for when I watched TV later. I looked at the cheese popcorn, looked at the ingredients, verified that it was crap and walked away. I did by some "Skinny all natural corn chips" though, in the organic section. They're not bad at all and at least satisfied my craving. BUT, I ate the whole freaking bag! *lol* I don't feel guilty or anything, and it could have been much worse, but I wish I wasn't such a damn addict. Doesn't matter what it is, I'll eat/drink/smoke/ingest/do too much of it. Crazy.

But, it's a new day so no sense on dwelling on yesterday.

Can't you save some of your breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks for the evening?

well, yeah, but the thing is that I'm trying not to eat after about 7pm. Nighttime eating is my downfall. So, yeah, I could maybe break up my meals so I'm kind of grazing throughout the day (which is what I used to do) but I'm really trying not to eat after 7. At the very least, if I want a snack while watching a movie or something, I need to make it a healthy snack and eat it in MODERATION. I'm very bad at moderation....in anything.
